Fill Configuration

There is a wide choice of fill configurations, to meet your need regarding the fill density in brush. Also, the performance of the brush is largely depends on the choice of fill density.

We help you select the right density in combination with the material used.

Fill-material

Fill-material is the essential part of a technical brush, and it performs the brushing action. As a result, the selection for the wire type should be properly planned & analyzed. The fill-material can be given as stiff, soft wire type; thick or thin filament. It is resistant to chemical agents and high temperatures, flexible - particularly bending, deforming, and abrading proof as well.

For specific purposes, we combine diverse wire assortments in accordance to the definite mixing sequences. Working strength of the wires is determined by length of the contact surface and its density - this concept finds application in the assembly of wheel brushes. Keep in mind that the exploiting temperature as well as the chemical agents concentration may be very essential during the brushing session; as the end-user may exploit the brush through different rating performances. It is advised to test the brush in your working conditions.

POLYESTERE-PET-PBT: Ideal for superior stiffness hardness, combination, & durability.

PBT: Polybutylene terephthalate for food industry.

POLYPROPYLENE: High resistance to chemical elements, low resistance and low density to low temperatures.

NYLON 6 / 6.6: High resistance & stiffness. Stable for low thermal expansion & dimensions. Exploitable for fluids spreading and cleaning abrasive surfaces & materials.

NYLON 6.12: Tough, resistant to abradability, and humidity absorption is lower than NYL 6. It offers the highest water absorption performances and abrading resistance. It is perfect for brushing in water and any other tough brushing situation.

NYLON ABRASIVO: It has high resistance & stiffness, and keeps its shape as well as performs a very high abrading resistance. But there is an abrasive composition. Exploitable for de-burring metals and plastic materials, for rusticating and smoothing wooden surfaces.

TAMPICO VEGETAL FIBER: It is not subjected to static electricity, utilized mainly for wood surface treatment, polishing metals and sealing functions in higher temperatures.

HORSE HAIR: Excellent wiping, dusting and sealing effects. Good for sealing purposes, dusting veneered or laminated wooden surfaces.

PIG BRISTLE: Not subjected to electricity, excellent wiping, dusting & sealing effects. Similar uses to horsehair but stronger fibers.

STEELS: All-purpose sealing at higher temperatures, cleaning and deburring of metal surfaces.

STAINLESS STEEL: Perfect brushing, corrosion resistant steels, derived alloys, aluminum and other materials to avoid contamination. It is suggested not to use the same kind of brush to scrub different type of the materials. It is essential to avoid any brush’s contamination with remark to the surfaces where carbon-steel surfaces are susceptible to brushing action. Also, it is recommended to passive all the stainless-steel surfaces with appropriate solutions after brushing treatment, to get the effective resistance to corrosion.
