Roller brushes find application in many areas, from painting to industries. The production technique for developing these brushes are many, the most common and modern being Thermofusion. The brushes developed from this technique are solvent resistant and have long lasting life. The other method of producing brushes is sewing, which combines sewing and thermofusion and is way better than conventional gluing technique. We are making these products from material, like polyester, acrylic, nylon, microfiber and wool. The length of fibers may also vary, from 6 to 20 mm. These can also be identified by their weaving density, which can be calculated by the weight per square meter. And, these can be either knitted or woven.
